Understanding client seeds and the job requirements

Conducting reference checks, managing candidate expectations and preparing the finalized candidate for a successful start

Fees for permanent placement are a percentage of the first year's annual salary.
Each placement comes with a replacement guarantee, provided that our payment terms have been honoured.
For Contract placements, we invoice you the agreed hourly rate bi-weekly and the candidate is paid directly by us.
We maintain the payroll, and all associated paperwork.
